I was tagged by Vanessa to post six weird things about myself. Hmmm... Just six?
- I cannot stand the feeling of wet hair -- like when I wash my hair and get strands of it on my hands (or even worse, on my feet or arms). Yuck. I don't even like writing about it, either!
- I could eat cold cereal for every meal of the day -- and I actually have some days. My favorites: Peanut Butter Cap'n Crunch, Cocoa Krispies, Honey Nut Cheerios (or Multi-Grain Cheerios) and Life. Also, I think that my family thinks this is weird and they tease me about it a little. My aunt gave me a giant bowl and several boxes of cereal as a birthday gift one year.
- "Half socks" drive me crazy. If someone is wearing socks and they're not pulled up tight -- like the toe part of the sock is dangling off and the heel part of the sock is down by the arch -- I get physically bothered by the sight of it. I won't even tell you what happens if i'm the one with the half socks. Let's just say that it doesn't happen.
- I have ornithophobia. I also have chiroptophobia. Seriously. Do not test me on these two things.
- I cannot really say the word "brewery." Or "rural." It's a good thing I don't work at a rural brewery.
- I really like to faux-online shop. I'll go to my favorite sites (they range from Banana Republic to Ram Wools to Old Navy to KnitPicks) and I'll fill up my shopping cart. Then, instead of going to the checkout, I close the browser window. It's cathartic, usually; although today I really, really wanted to go through the checkout!
I thought I was weirder than all that, but it turns out that it was kinda hard to thing of six weird things. I guess I'm probably just too close to myself to see all the weird things? I bet John could make a list of sixteen (or sixty?) weird things about me without even thinking too hard!
I know that I'm supposed to tag someone now, but that seems a bit too pushy (?) for me, so I tag YOU!
